Electrical Maintenance Planner
Role:
- To assist Electrical discipline in Planning Maintenance and SD activities to maintain the Coral FLNG facility in good working condition to achieve Production, Plant Availability and HSE targets;
- Manage long term and day-to-day maintenance work planning related to Electrical discipline;
- To plan and schedule all maintenance activities according to maintenance policy/program with effective utilizing of available resources to have minimum possible facility equipment downtime and disruption to production operations;
- Plan, direct and monitor the Turnarounds, Shutdowns and major overhauling of Power Generation, Compressors, Pumps, Exchangers, and all other Electrical Cryogenic equipment;
- Monitor maintenance work progress and report to management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the system effectiveness, monitor, and optimize its usage and value;
- Plan all maintenance activities with the support of all Electrical discipline supervisors for maintaining the company facility to meet all target key objectives with a focus on improved reliability, availability, and maintainability;
- Set priorities, plan, and coordinate work activities by planning with long-range horizons based upon a sound knowledge of Operation/Maintenance expectations: policies, budgets, and strategy;
- Assist Maintenance Planning SPV/SPDT for developing maintenance budget and ensure its accuracy by controlling expenditures;
- Make daily/Weekly/Monthly report on the progress of maintenance activities & Performance and submit it to Maintenance Planning supervisor;
- Analysis of approved work requests and definition of work to be executed in their respect;
- Provision of resources needed to execute each work (manpower, materials, tools, contractors, etc.);
- Preparation of monthly Work Plan and joint analysis with production;
- Checking the availability of materials in respect to the established work dates;
- Executing the weekly work scheduling and distribution to the concerned units;
- Preparation of detailed schedule for specific offshore activities;
- Responsible for getting all data related to Equipment & Spares for development of equipment hierarchy and population into CMMS;
- Provide recommendations on modification of maintenance database in order to optimize maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering;
- 5 years of field experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, preferably cryogenic operation or LNG in the field of Project and Facility Turnaround and major equipment overhauls planning;
- Must have a strong commitment and working knowledge of safety and loss control programs;
- Working experience on CMMS system, preferably SAP.
Competencies:
- Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity;
- Documentation management;
- CMMS management;
- Data Management (Generic);
- Project Management: Project Planning;
- Maintenance operations Budget/Procedures/KPIs;
- Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Tender procedures;
- Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
