Responsibilities:
Commercial area
- Develop lubes sales into the following channels: network (Rapid Oil Change), distributors, resellers, B2B2C.
- Manage and track overall process of improving the profitability of the division through introduction of high margin specialized products.
- Jointly responsible for Volume and margin targets of the commercial Sales manager for the same customers and attend reviews.
- Manage and track product complaints at customer level and liaise with Product Support Technical Team follow up on outstanding feedback, check and assist with failure analysis where required.
- Coordination with the Network department for the B2BC lubricants marketing and communication plan.
Administrative area
- Supply: ensure an adequate supply of lubricants (optimization of transport, correct management of stocks, availability of the products) for Network, Resellers, Distributors and B2B2C.
- Develop the usage of online platforms such as E-LUB and PricInsight (Lub price survey).
Pricing:
- Follow the trend of base-oil and lube market via Power BI and Lube Price Survey Tools.
- Calculate and propose price update to the Specialties Manager for network, distributors, resellers an B2B2C channels.
Finance:
- Jointly responsible for volume and margin targets of the lubricants activity.
- Pro-actively analyze trends and understand the operating performance of the Lubes business in network, distributors, resellers and B2B2C channels. Deliver comments on variances between actuals and budget/LTP and previous year, and propose performance improvements.
- Create and deliver value to the business by volume, margin and cost analysis, followed by margin optimization and cost reduction programs.
- Initiate and provide adequate monthly performance reporting for the Specialties department.
Technical area
- Manage and Track product complaints at customer level and liaise with Lube engineer to follow up on outstanding feedback, check and assist with failure analysis where required.
- Manage and track handling of Environmental Issues (check implementation of waste oil management solution for B2B2C).
- Manage and track overall process of improving the profitability of the division through introduction of high margin specialized products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Management or Commerce.
- Good knowledge of Communication and Management.
- Knowledge of Languages: Portuguese and English.
- Negotiation Ability and Customer Trust.
- Able to lead, train, and develop team spirit.
- Rigorous, Organized, and able to prepare synthetic and objective reports.
- Relevant computer knowledge (Word and Excel).
- Ability to work in a group.
