About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager with a proven track record in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events that align with our clients’ objectives and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of events, from conceptualization to execution.
• Coordination with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
• Budget management, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
• Vendor management and negotiation.
• Supervision of event setup, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Post-event analysis and reporting.
• Ensuring all events adhere to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Manager with a solid portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in event management software is a plus.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
