Main Purpose

  • Managing overall fleet program and ensuring delivery per planned timelines across Mozambique.
  • Managing communications between different internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery.
  • New customer identification and out reach.
  • Customer complaint management/ vendor escalation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities

  • Timely delivery/implementation of overall fleet program in Mozambique according to planned timelines.
  • Internal stakeholder alignment between the B2B and Retail team and managing sales credit discussions.
  • Monitoring budgeted vs actual program performance.
  • Increasing overall fleet footprint/market share for Puma Energy in Mozambique.
  • Ensure that product updates and software releases are timely install in the all the Puma Fleet equipment.
  • Managing and ensuring product training content delivery to dealers and customers.
  • Responsible for pitching fleet program to customers across Mozambique.
  • Synthesize and replay customer feedback on the program to the regional fleet program lead.
  • New lead identification/support in local customer pipeline development and reporting it to the regional lead.
  • Responsible for customer complaint management within designated SLA.

Experience and Qualification

  • 5 years on fleet program.
  • Experience on B2B.
  • Commercial, Marketing degree.
  • Specialization Marketing Courses.
  • Minimum three years of experience in similar position.
  • Bachelor in Science.

Competence

  • Ability to generate Sales and Profits.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Team work attitude and behaviour.
