Cargo: General Manager
Descrição:
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations;
- Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents;
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditure, analyze monthly sales and expense variances and initiate any necessary corrective actions to achieve financial objectives;
- Maintain and as required update standing operating procedures in line with company policy;
- Co-ordinate, review, submit and present quarterly board reports;
- Submit monthly management reports;
- Recruiting, selecting, and training employees;
- Compliance with all statutory, tax and fiscal responsibilities relating to doing business in Mozambique;
- Oversee all staff and operations to ensure effective and efficient running of the business.
- Ensure costs within budget;
- Ensure sales targets are met and overall responsibility for bottom line performance of the entity;
- Oversee implementation of new brands initiated by the company within the Mozambique market;
- Maintain relationships with company distributors, suppliers and business partners to ensure effective running of the business;
- Maintain and as required update employee files in line with Mozambique labour law;
- Ensure all Innoch requirements for importing goods into Mozambique is communicated to suppliers in a timely manner.
Requisitos:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 5 years in a similar role;
- Understanding of the market and customer service/relationships;
- Accounting and tax knowledge;
- Supply chain management including logistics;
- Good knowledge of ERP system;
- Advanced Microsoft Skills;
- Pastel;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally;
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Preferências:
- Financial Management experience;
- Effective Warehouse and Inventory Management;
- Human Capital management experience.
