Action against Hunger é uma associação humanitária reconhecida como de utilidade pública e fundada em 1979, a organização opera em 47 países nos domínios da nutrição, saúde, segurança alimentar e meios de subsistência, água, higiene e saneamento e saúde mental e práticas de cuidados.

Condições Especiais: Vaga aberta apenas a residentes da província de Cabo Delgado
Remuneration: 36540 Mtn (Salario Mensal bruto) e 13º mês pago em Dezembro (prorata dependendo da data de início)
Remuneração: Seguro de saúde incluindo parceiro e filhos (fornecendo certificados); 2 dias por mês de férias pagas
OBJECTIVOS ESPECÍFICOS (NÃO COMPLETOS)
Missão geral:
Ensure appropriation management of ACF building in the capital and material storage (stationery, maintenance equipment, etc…).
Mission 1: Ensure the maintenance and rehabilitation of ACF buildings
- Supervise the renovation and maintenance of the buildings necessary for the operation of the base (offices, Guest Houses, store, etc.);
- Manage the general maintenance and general services of offices, shops and Guest houses: lighting, cleaning, electrical system, air conditioning, plumbing, hygiene, drinking water supply, carpentry, welding, etc;
- Supervise construction sites and control the quality of service providers’ interventions;
- Ensure arrangements and relocation of the offices and residential Guest Houses.
Mission 2: Carry out routine maintenance tasks for ACF buildings
- Maintain buildings, interior and exterior;
- Replace light bulbs and other electrical equipment when necessary;
- Report to the General Services Officer any problem related to the building;
- Contribute alongside the maintenance agents to ensure the hygiene and sanitation of the buildings.
Mission 3: Ensure the proper management of the material stocks of the Base Office
- Manage the stationery stock by following the ACF procedures;
- Manage the stock of maintenance products by following the ACF procedures;
- Ensure the release of items requested by ACF employees;
- Ensure good storage conditions;
- Carry out a monthly inventory and produce an inventory report;
- Maintain stock records;
- Notify his superior in case of potential shortage of goods;
- In charge of making PL for restocking requests for products in stock (under his responsibility).
Mission 4: Other tasks
- Assist in the event of small-sized material loading or unloading of vehicles;
- Support in turning on/off the generator and follow up on the appropriate documents, if necessary;
- Help other employees if necessary;
- Contribute to the treatment of waste (incineration, etc.).
SKILLS REQUIRED
Preferred diploma / level of studies:
High school diploma or higher.
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in equipment management and/or facilities management
- IT skills (windows, office, outlook, and willingness to learn how to use new software)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required (oral and written)
- Adaptability and flexbility
- Willingness to learn, curiosity, open mind
- Motivation and dynamism
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience in ICT
- Responsibility and self-management
