Action against Hunger é uma associação humanitária reconhecida como de utilidade pública e fundada em 1979, a organização opera em 47 países nos domínios da nutrição, saúde, segurança alimentar e meios de subsistência, água, higiene e saneamento e saúde mental e práticas de cuidados. Remuneration: 118,184.00 (Gross monthly Income) and 13th Month paid in December (prorata depending on the starting date)

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES (NOT COMPLETE):
Responsible for designing/maintaining a recruitment process faithful to the organization’s hiring strategy. Implement company-hiring policies that encourage employee diversity and identify strategies for finding candidates who fit the company culture. As an ambassador for potential new hires, the recruiting manager helps optimize and promote the employer brand.
Objective 1: Guarantee the efficiency, quality and implementation of employee recruitment actions
In collaboration with the HR team:
- Guarantee the efficiency and quality of sourcing;
- Gather individual needs from managers (recruitment, renewal, etc.) and advise them on the qualification of needs according to the available profiles;
- Propose the recruitment strategy, including its planning, to the managers according to the needs;
- Define the candidate search strategy: job boards, social networks, schools, trade shows, direct hunting, cooptation, etc;
- If necessary, ensure the link with external service providers in collaboration with the manager (recruitment agencies, temporary employment agencies, advertising websites, etc.).
Objective 2: Guarantee the efficiency and quality of the various stages of recruitment
In collaboration with the HR team:
- Coordinate the different stages of selection (CV sorting, HR and manager interviews, technical tests, eventual validations) with the other parties involved;
- Plan recruitment and participate in recruitment interviews;
- Ensure that the deadlines set for each stage are respected with all stakeholders;
- Organize regular communication on the progress of the recruitment to all stakeholders;
- Pre-screen relevant external applications;
- Determine the HR recruitment schedule (HR interview, test, technical interview, managerial interview…);
- Conduct recruitment interviews;
- Ensure the accompaniment of external candidates during the different stages of recruitment;
- Write the interview summary grids;
- Ensuring that references are taken from previous employers;
- Collect from the candidate proof of previous professional experience (work certificates, salary slips, contracts, etc.) in order to calculate the candidate’s entry salary;
- Calculate salaries and make job offers.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Diploma / Level of studies:
With a university degree or business school in HR, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in an equivalent position or on a humanitarian field mission. You are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills, which will enable you to work with multiple contacts. You have good teamwork skills. Organized and rigorous, you have a strong sense of confidentiality and are fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Specific knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS);
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus;
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods;
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies;
- Able to develop, maintain and mobilize a professional external network.
