EP Management Consultancy Services, a Human Resources Consulting company, is recruiting highly qualified and experienced RISK & COMPLIANCEOFFICER, to be based in Maputo, for one of its clients – an Insurance Company).

Funções ou responsabilidades:

• Facilitate the execution of Compliance Monitoring plans;
• Ensure effective identification and notification of Compliance risks and cases of non-compliance;
• Monitor and guarantee the execution and monitoring of audit actions;
• Assist in the execution of compliance, fraud and risk assessments by identifying of key risks and assessment of mitigation controls to determine the risk profile of the organization;
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs);
• Identify emerging risks that present new regulatory risks;
• Promote good business practices in risk management and compliance;
• Maintain a risk register at company and departmental level;
• Maintain a record of the regulatory universe and processes in line with ISSM guidelines;
• Develop and enforce anti-money laundering regulatory requirements capital and customer identification (AML & KYC);
• Continuously provide training, consultancy and effective awareness raising in order to reinforce employees’ knowledge regarding compliance policies, procedures and regulatory requirements in force.

Requisitos ou qualificações:

• University Degree in Law;
• Professional experience of more than 3 years in the Risk and Compliance area;
• Knowledge of the functioning of the legislative system;
• Auditing experience and ability to design tracking tools;
• Be fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Proficient use of the MS Office Package.
