Job Summary:

As a Training Coordinator working remotely in Kenya, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. The ideal candidate should have experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning. Additionally, experience with different projects, such as management training and soft-skills development, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Management: Manage, design, develop, and coordinate all training programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Training Methodologies: Utilize various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning, to deliver comprehensive and engaging training experiences.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple training projects, including management training and soft-skills development, ensuring their successful execution and impact.
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage the instructors, equipment, and educational material requirements for each training project.
  • Innovative Training Design: Design engaging and innovative training methods, such as client role-playing exercises or outdoor activities, to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
  • Training Expertise: Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training programs, with a strong understanding of different training methodologies and their application in a remote work setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey training concepts and instructions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively coordinate and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a virtual work environment.
