Vaga - Warehouse Supervisor

Funções ou responsabilidades:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products;

Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and safety standards;

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth;

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment and order fulfillment;

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies;

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity;

Analyze workflow and recommend changes to optimize space utilization and resource allocation;

Ensure efficient delivery of products;

Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff;

Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards;

Monitor product quality and accuracy during receiving, storage, and shipping processes;

Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipments, and employee performance;

Ensure that all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and operational;

Train new workers and monitor their performance.

Requisitos ou qualificações:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred;

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations;

Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software;

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team;

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
